"Too" and "enough"
Too (слишком) имеет отрицательное значение и используется перед наречиями и прилагательными.

She is too skinny to play basketball.

Enough (достаточно) имеет положительное значение и используется после прилагательных и наречий.

She is tall enough to be a model.

Enough / not enough можно использовать также и перед существительным, чтобы показать, что есть достаток или недостаток чего-то.
