This is a story about two friends. Their names are Nick and Den. Nick is a very hard-working, responsible person. His family isn't very rich, so his parents can't give him much pocket money. But Nick has a part-time job and earns for his needs himself. He is cautious. He never wastes his money on unnecessary things. Nick is also very ambitious. He wants to study at Harvard, so he is trying to save up some money for his education. He is dreaming of being a lawyer.
Den is adventurous. He doesn't love studying, but he is very good at sports. He is strong and healthy, so he is very active in different sport events at school. His trainer thinks he will bring a lot of prizes to school in football or basketball. Den loves doing sport but football is boring for him. He would love to try surfing, so he is dreaming of moving to California.
Both of them are ordinary suburban children. They live with their parents in ordinary houses with coloured windows in the hall. And they are neighbours. But there is a big problem. Their fathers were business partners some years ago, that's why Den and Nick grew up together and were very close. But once Den's father borrowed money from Nick's dad. He wanted to invest it in a big Production Project. And he failed. That company declared itself bankrupt and Den's father lost all their money. So, he couldn't pay off his debt and give back money to Nick's father. The result was the closure of the common business. That's why Nick and Den made a very important decision—they will make a lot of money and reopen their parents' company.
