This is a story about two friends. Their names are Nick and Den. Nick is a very hard-working, responsible person. His family isn't very rich, so his parents can't give him much. But Nick has a part-time job and for his needs himself. He is cautious. He never wastes his money unnecessary things. Nick is also very ambitious. He wants to study at Harvard, so he is trying to some money for his education. He is dreaming of being a lawyer.

Den is adventurous. He doesn't love studying, but he is very good at sports. He is strong and, so he is very active in different sport school events. His trainer thinks he will bring a lot of prizes to school in football or basketball. Den loves doing sport but football is for him. He would love to try surfing, so he is dreaming of moving to California.

Both of them are ordinary. They live with their parents in ordinary houses with in the hall. And they are neighbours. But there is a big problem. Their fathers were business partners some years ago, that's why Den and Nick grew up together and were very close. But once Den's father money Nick's dad. He wanted to it in a big Production Project. And he failed. That company declared itself and Den's father lost all their money.
