In the English language there are helpful phrases that you can use in dialogues. All these phrases contain a reflexive pronoun "yourself" and different verbs that depend on the situation.

If you want to wish somebody a good time or a good meal, you say, "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress] yourself!"

When a mother needs to do some shopping and leaves a kid alone at home, she usually tells them, "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress] yourself!" It means she expects them not to do naughty things or break anything.

If your friends come to your house and you want them to feel comfortable, you can say, "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress] yourself at home!" When the guests are invited to eat, and there is a table with snacks and drinks that they can take on their own, you encourage them by the phrase, "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress] yourself!" It doesn't mean they need to help someone, but it means they can take what they like.

A motivating slogan you can hear in many situations sounds as "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress]  yourself!" and means you can be who you are.

In some cases there is no need to say "yourself" after the verb. For example, when you're waiting for someone and want them to be quicker, you say, "[Make|Enjoy|Be|Help|Behave|Dress]  faster, please."
