    Modern technologies are developing extremely fast. Can you imagine that just at the end of the 20th century people didn't know such words as 'smartphone', 'MP3-player', 'wireless headphones', 'e-book' and other 'gadgets'? Do you have any ideas what electronic devices we could have in the future?
  
    Modern technologies make our life easier and more relaxed. For example, you don't have to remember much information – you can always 'google' it. When you travel, there's no more risk of getting lost because your phone has map apps and GPS – Global Positioning System. You don't have to send paper letters or look for phone booths to contact your relatives or friends. You don't have to go to the library or a book store when you need some books. You even don't have to go to the supermarket since you can always use the delivery.
  
    However, some people nowadays are trying to reduce their use of technology. Some people say we are becoming technology slaves. Moreover, we are wasting our life on social media, or just surfing the internet without any purpose, just because we are addicted to it. And what do you think?
