A lifetime of graffiti can last from several hours to years; it depends on the fame of the artist, having free space and cleaners who all the time have to clean up the city walls. If anyone writes or draws anything on the wall with the sign «stick no bills» he can get a fine up to several thousand pounds, community service or even a prison term.
