Everybody heard the word recycling. But what about upcycling? Do you know what it means?

Upcycling is also known as creative reuse. This is the process of transforming old things, waste materials, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products. What can be upcycled?

In fact, almost everything! Upcycling has shown significant growth across the world. With the use of upcycling you can buy less, waste less so as a result you can help to protect the environment. Let's have a closer look at some examples of upcycling.

If you have a garden, you will really like the idea of reusing old or broken garden equipment. Look at these nice planters. They will definitely suit the whole atmosphere of your garden and you won't have to buy something new and waste your money.

Upcycled Jeans

Have you ever seen such a nice shopping bag? Can you see anything unusual about it? You are right! Here is a pocket made of old jeans. In fact, the whole bag can be done out of jeans. The material used to produce them is quite thick so your old-new bag will last for several years.

You have several empty jars but you don't need them anymore. Don't throw them away. Be creative, decorate them and you have some new vases or penholders. You can use colours, paper, or some other things to decorate jars so they will be 100 % unique.
