But first, you need to know what "organic" means. Generally, the term "organic" refers to the way each product is produced. Organic food must be grown without chemicals, pesticides, hormones or genetically modified products. Animals must be raised without hormones or antibiotics. B)[1|2|3|4]
Lots of studies have found organic food healthier than non-organic alternatives. Organic food tends to have more antioxidants, vitamin С and iron. Nonetheless, a number of studies have found no difference between organic and non-organic food. The main thing you shouldn't forget is that if the product is organic, it doesn't mean it is healthy. C)[1|2|3|4] That means that you just choose better quality junk food over regular junk food.
