Recycling Problems

Nowadays, pollution is getting worse and worse. People keep purchasing disposable goods and use extra packaging because they A_____. They buy large amounts of plastic bags at checkouts because they do not want to bother taking a reusable shopper from home.

Conscious consumers must know all the general types of plastic because not all of them are recyclable. The non-recyclable materials of types 3 and 7 are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and mixed plastics of B_____. PVC is a popular material for producing diverse rubber-like children's toys (especially for bathing) or modern plastic windows. The material is unsafe and non-recyclable. So, after the usage, one has to throw it away into the usual rubbish bin. Plastic goods with marking No. 7 are made of mixed plastics, which are hard to identify.

Another problem is C_____ various composite materials. One of them is TetraPak packaging which consists of four different materials, like paper, plastic and aluminium.
