Every morning she gets up quite early, puts on her training suit and her trainers and goes to the local park. At first I thought that she might be just walking or doing yoga. But yesterday Max told me that he had seen Melany running in the park the other day! C) Yesterday my dad picked me up from school at around 4 pm and he decided to drive straightly to our house. I didn't mind that, but I had a strange feeling like something bad was about to happen. The whole way home was fine but as soon as we drove close to our house another car suddenly appeared at the street corner! My dad tried to stop the car, but unfortunately the speed was too high and we bumped into the other car. Fortunately, we are safe and sound! D) My younger brother Steve caught a cold last week. Mum didn't have time to go to the hospital with him, so I did it. We went to the nearest one to our house. Steve was all shrinking because he was afraid of going to a hospital for the first time, but I tried to calm him down. He thought that all the doctors were bad people. But when we saw the doctor who was going to treat Steve, my brother felt relieved. The doctor was a kind young man who was smiling a lot and telling Steve some jokes about animals. E) Karen has always been a very nice and obedient girl. She is only fourteen, so she goes to school five days a week. Lately, she started to behave in a strange way. When I asked her what had happened, she just refused to answer me! Of course, I got worried, as her older sister, and decided to call to her school. Karen's teacher told me what the problem was. Karen got extremely excited during her PE class and broke three windows with a ball! And, of course, she got punished for that and felt very ashamed afterwards.
