Infinitive and V-ing form
В данном правиле речь идёт о том, какие глаголы принимают форму инфинитива с частицей to, а какие принимают форму V-ing.

Например, глаголы hope, expect и learn обычно используются с инфинитивом.

She expects to get an invitation from her foreign partners.

I hope to get the literature prize.

С такими глаголами, как enjoy, finish, admit, mind, feel like, can't help, look forward to, prevent используется форма V-ing.

We can't help smiling when we saw her.

I feel like dancing now.
