Hello everyone! You are listening to School FM 77. My name is Michael and today I would like to tell you about one of the most modern sports.

Have you ever thought about what kinds of extreme sports have appeared in recent decades? After all, thanks to technological progress, various technologies have been invented, and many of them are absolutely entertaining.

For example, an extreme sport which is called hydroflying. This sport is a flight on a special board called the Flyboard, driven by the reactive force of the water flow. This flow is pumped by a jet ski connected to the Flyboard or created by jet engines running on kerosene and attached to the Flyboard. Thus, a person on a Flyboard rises several meters above the surface of the water and can move in the air extremely quickly.

Hydroflying is a fairly young sport. It was invented by the watercraft rider champion, Frenchman Frank Zapata, in 2005. An athlete on the Flyboard is able to rise to a height of up to twenty meters, as well as perform all sorts of tricks: flips, rotations around its axis, turns, hovering in the air, spectacular exits and dives.

I strongly believe that hydroflying is a very perspective type of extreme sports. Unfortunately, at the moment, not everyone can afford to try it, as the sport requires a good physical condition of the athlete, as well as an extremely good sense of balance.
