Read the letter and order the paragraphs.

[ ] I am writing to complain about an embarrassing situation I was involved in last Saturday. The incident I refer to is when your staff stopped me and accused me of shoplifting in front of the other customers.

[ ] Dear Sir or Madam,

[ ] The thing that upsets me most is that I didn't even receive any apology from your manager's side. Therefore, I would like to request an official apology from your side and further details of the actions taken in order to prevent such attitude in the future.

[ ] I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

[ ] Unless I receive an official reply, I would have to take further measures to seek justice, which may do harm to your store's reputation. I will leave all kinds of feedback on social media sites, including Facebook, to show people how regular customers are treated in your shop and how bad the shopping experience may be in your store. Along with the apology, I would really appreciate any kind of gratitude—a gift card or a discount.

[ ] Firstly, I hope you imagine how angry I was at that particular moment when the shop manager started shouting at me in front of all those 30 people. Before the situation took a turn for the worst, I managed to show my receipt to the manager, who didn't even try to control her rage. Needless to say, her behaviour was beyond my understanding, and she failed to acknowledge her fault.
