A.
Val: When did you begin skateboarding, Nick?
Nick: I started two or three years ago. My friends took me to their favourite place in the park and showed me how to do it.
Val: You do it very well. I think you're a wonderful skateboarder.
Nick: Thank you. Do you like skateboarding?
Val: I like to watch it but I think skateboarding is very difficult.
Nick: Do you want to learn? I can teach you.
Val: Can you? I'd like to be a skateboarder like you. Thank you.
B.
Molly: What's the matter, Tim? Why are you sad?
Tim: I was late for my karate class today. I felt very bad about it.
Molly: I understand you. I always feel bad if I'm late. I try to look at my watch more often and it helps me.
Tim: I haven't got a watch and I don't often think about time. Can it be my problem?
Molly: I think so. Try to decide what you want to do, when you want to do it and watch the time.
Tim: I'll try. I hate being late.
C.
Katy: I say, Max, stop playing your computer games and go for a walk. You must spend more time outdoors.
Max: I don't like going for a walk, it's no fun.
Katy: But you can go cycling or roller-skating with you friends. You have friends, don't you?
Max: I do. Denis is my best friend but I don't think he can find time for roller-skating: he is very busy.
Katy: If you want to be healthy, you must find time for being outdoors.
Max: Will you keep me company? Let's go cycling together.
Katy: Why not? I'll be happy to do it. Let's meet at half past six in the park.
