Josh: Hi, Sam. What are you up to?

Sam: I'm thinking about starting my own blog. I've heard it's an easy way to make money.

Josh: I'd say it's not so easy as it seems to be. My brother, Peter, had had a blog before he found a full-time job. At first, it was just a hobby for him and it didn't [ ].

Sam: Hmmm… What was his blog about?

Josh: It was about travelling. My brother is a compulsive traveller. He described the locations he visited, ways he got there, places he stayed in, people he met and all the stuff that happened to him during his journeys.

Sam: Wow! That must have been interesting.

Josh: It really was! His blog quickly [ ] and Peter started to [ ].

Sam: Cool! Maybe, I should ask him what to start with.

Josh: I can help you with that if you don't mind. My brother gave me some advice in case I want to [ ] in future.

Sam: That would be great! Maybe, we could even make it together!

Josh: That's a great idea. I'm in!

Sam: So, what should we start with?

Josh: Firstly, we need to decide on the issues we want to write about. It can be travelling, sports, men's fashion, education, breaking news, book or film reviews and many other topics.

Sam: We can [ ] in our publications!

Josh: Yes, that's possible. However, Peter's told me that it's better to choose one area we will specialise in. When writing about everything, it is difficult to [ ] and keep its attention.

Sam: OK. I got it. We could try analysing the subjects which are much [ ] and then decide on the one we like the most.

Josh: Good idea! Let's do it tomorrow. We will also need to create a good name for the blog. It must be simple but catchy. And it must [ ] we are going to write about.

Sam: I agree. So, the blog's name is point number two. What's the third thing we have to do?

Josh: It's necessary to decide whether we need a website or we can [ ] to make publications.

Sam: Hmmm… I'm not good at this issue. What do you think about that?

Josh: I know that it's easier to start blogging on social networks. And, in case we want to have a website, we need to [ ] like WordPress or Ghost. Actually, it's better to ask my brother for advice on this matter.

Sam: Can we meet him tomorrow and discuss all the points we've [ ]?

Josh: OK. I'll ask him and let you know if he's available.

Sam: Cool! See you then.
