Example:

Present Perfect Continuous

I/you/we/they+HAVE/HAVEN'T BEEN + V+ing

He/She/It+HAS/HASN'T BEEN + V+ing

Example:

I have been cleaning the flat since early morning.

The baby has been crying all night long.

For — a period of time

Example: We have lived here for 10 years now.

Since — a point in time (in the past), until now.

Example: I have been working here since 7 o'clock.
