But the good news is that teenagers go in for sports nowadays. And if a person does any sports, he (or she) needs a special diet. So, an average sporty teenager can eat burgers a month, but, in general, he (or she) will have to keep the diet. This diet usually includes plenty of protein—meat or fish; products rich in calcium—greenery (yes, don't be surprised!), dairy products and complex carbohydrates like whole-grain bread. Having dark chocolate is also healthy because it helps the brain in thinking. So, if you are a teenager and find healthy food boring, there's only one way for you—learn how to cook. Even simple products can become delicious when cooked by the hands of an experienced cook.
