Good morning and welcome to the State Russian Museum. I'm your personal guide for today. Our museum is one of the biggest museums in the city. We have 56 halls with more than two thousand expositions inside. Here you can learn about Saint Petersburg history, its citizens in different epochs, see the ancient utensils and other things. The exposition in the first hall is dedicated to the Russian tsar family. Here we have their portraits, clothes, some personal objects such as a hand mirror, a hairbrush, pendants, umbrellas and many others. The permanent exhibitions are situated in Mikhailovsky Palace. It's the largest collection of old Russian paintings. The works were created in the XVII–XVIII centuries.
