A Cup a Day…

A new research has shown that drinking coffee may, in

fact, be healthier than people used to find. Some health experts point out that

a few cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of certain illnesses including

the most dangerous ones like cancer or heart attacks.

Coffee may contain substances that help fight these

diseases. Surprisingly caffeine is not the one as people who drink

decaffeinated coffee receive the same benefits from it.

Nevertheless, the proof that drinking coffee will

actually help you live longer is not quite reliable.

The research collected evidence from previous studies and showed that, compared

with non-coffee drinkers, those who drink an average of three cups a day,

experience a lower risk of some diseases but not always.

Health experts also say that to make the effect of

coffee stronger, drinkers should avoid adding milk, cream or sugar in their

coffee. Besides, you shouldn’t start drinking coffee if you haven’t done so up

the age of fifteen.

Although, coffee is one of the most popular drinks in

the world but its taste is still the most important reason why people make it

every morning.
