Superheroes and superpowers

Do you have a favorite superhero? Maybe it is Batman, Spider-Man, Superman, Wonder Woman, one of the X-Men, or a lesser known superhero like the Green Lantern or Thor.

  Whoever your favorite superhero is        [ ]       character has        [ ]       things in common with        [ ]       the other superheroes out there. They        [ ]       abide by a strict moral code, they are willing to risk their lives to help others, they don't expect to be paid or compensated for the work they do, they usually have very        [ ]       time to save the world and they have super powers (extraordinary abilities), e.g.:    

  Flight — the ability to lift off the ground and fly through the air. Soaring in the skies like a bird offers        [ ]       possibilities. This super power, like        [ ]       others, was popularized by Superman, who flies with a red cape.    

  Invisibility — the power to become unseen. Where would you go if you were invisible? Even the wizard Harry Potter uses this power to follow and catch bad guys! Also, he wouldn't have        [ ]       luck finding        [ ]       in the restricted section of Hogwarts library without his invisibility cloak.    

  Super strength (invisibility) — enhanced muscles that allow a character to hit harder, lift more, and generally have more power than their enemy. Having super strength comes in handy in many ways, like lifting a car out of the way or pushing a building over.        [ ]       superheroes have super strength, but the really strong ones include: the Hulk, Thor, etc.    

Teleportation — the ability to move instantaneously from one location to another without physically occupying the space in between.

Immortality — the power to never die (opposite to mortality). User possesses an infinite lifespan, as they can never die, never age, and can shrug off virtually any kind of physical damage.

  Telepathy — the sharing of thoughts without using language or other channels of communication. Many people think of telepathy as mental communication or the ability to read other's thoughts.        [ ]       people don't believe in it, but this is a common superhero power that is shared by Captain Planet and Aquaman among others.
