Emotions and feelings in psychology are given great importance because the perception of the world by a person really depends on his/her feelings. Moreover, they help us better understand ourselves and find some inner points that can influence us.
There are two ways of expressing emotions: verbal and non-verbal. Verbally, people are able to convey information or emotions through words. Thus, people can understand from the context what the other person wants to convey to them in the process of communication. While in the process of non-verbal communication, gestures and facial expressions are used. In other words, this is the moment when a person conveys information through body language.
