Choose the correct options

How are you doing? Sorry for not posting anything recently — I've been quite busy with my school finals.

Today I want to fill you in some of my current situations briefly. Actually, I'd appreciate if you give me some pieces of advice! I hope that you can help with some stuff happening.

First of all, I've got problems with my room. It really [need|needs|is needing|is need] to be renovated! I plan to start with the walls. I guess many of you would understand — my parents chose the colour about 10 years ago, and now it's absolutely old-fashioned. I want to [repaint|have repainted|have them repainted|repainted them] as soon as possible. So, I'm trying to look for a service that can do it within one or two days. Do you guys know any?

Another thing that I need to deal with is my iPhone. Last week I accidentally [drop|dropped|droped|have dropped] it, and now it doesn't really work properly. This is an urgent issue, and I'm craving to [repair|have repaired|have been repaired|have it repaired]. Please share the contact of a reliable phone repairing service if you know any.

Finally, I have to prepare several documents to make my university application, and one of them requires a high-definition photo. It's [say|says|said|been say] that the photo should be taken with a really good camera and then printed out on a large piece of paper. Please don't ask, I have no clue what they will use it for.
