Study the task and the photos carefully.
Start your speech with an introductory part, e.g. Hi, Kate, I've found two photos for our project and I want to discuss them with you.
While giving a brief description and differences of the pictures, mention only such facts about the pictures that make it clear why you chose these pictures for the project.
Mention at least one advantage of the topic of the first picture and the second picture.
Mention at least one disadvantage of the topic of the first picture and the second picture.
Give your opinion and provide an argument to explain your preference.
Don't forget to make a conclusion, e.g. Let me know what you think about the pictures. Bye for now!

Task 4. Imagine that you and your friend are doing a school project "Studying". You have found some illustrations and want to share the news.
Leave a voice message to your friend. In 2.5 minutes be ready to:

mention the disadvantages (1–2) of the two types of studying;
express your opinion on the subject of the project – which type of studying you prefer and why.

Organisation: The answer is logical and complete (there is an introductory phrase addressing a friend, there is a final phrase). Linking devices are used correctly.
Language: The vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation answers the requirements of the task (no more than 3 minor lexical and grammatical mistakes are allowed AND/OR no more than 3 minor pronunciation mistakes).

Communicative achievement: The task is not done (less than 50% of the task is done): 3 or more aspects are not covered, OR 2 aspects are not covered and more than 1 aspect are not fully/accurately covered, OR 1 aspect is not covered and the rest of the aspects are not fully/accurately covered, OR there are 7 or less phrases.
Organisation: The answer is not logical AND/OR is not complete, there are no introductory and closing phrases, not enough linking devices are practically not used.
Language: It is difficult to understand the answer because of the numerous mistakes (there are 8 or more lexical and grammatical mistakes OR 4 and more lexical and grammatical mistakes are serious, AND/OR 8 or more pronunciation mistakes OR 4 or more pronunciation mistakes that are serious, AND/OR the answer is a set of words.
Notes:
If the student gets 0 points for the criterion "Communicative achievement", their answer is evaluated at 0 points for all the criteria.
Correct use of logical devices assumes that the student uses logical devices between all parts of the answer.
Serious mistakes are the ones that break the communication, as well as those that are made in elementary level constructions:
Adjectives: comparative and superlative degrees
Articles (when they change the meaning of the sentence)
Countable and uncountable nouns with much/many (How much/how many)
Future actions (will, going to, Present Сontinuous)
Imperatives
Modals – can/could, have to, should
