Julia is really interested in volunteering. My grandmother called an ambulance so that paramedics would be able to help them. All of that was quite shocking.

Yesterday I had an interesting class on the subject of behaviour in case of emergency. I learnt lots of new things about calling special services and providing first aid. What is especially important about calling is that no one should ever make a false call. Not only because it is illegal, but also because it puts the lives of other people who need help and try to get through at risk.

Ted does not like talking about his job. He says that is because saving lives is always hard and he constantly feels emotional pressure. He has a huge experience because he has worked as an ambulance paramedic since 2007. Once he even appeared in a news report with the title "Paramedic saves at least 1 life daily".
