Everyone knows that a healthy diet is one of the main trends now. It's absolutely everywhere: on the TV advertisement, on social networks, on the radio and even in printed books! Some people feel happy [ ] a healthy lifestyle which consists not only of a diet, but also of some regular physical exercise and a regime. Others try to be on a healthy diet just in order [ ] some weight. Overall, there are plenty of people on the globe who try to eat healthy.
First of all, a healthy diet should be balanced. It's crucially important to eat good fats, simple carbohydrates and protein.

Finally, it's great to adjust your daily routine and to have meals at the same time.
