  • You don't need to read all the texts very carefully. Your aim is to understand the main idea.
  • Most often key information can be found in the very first and last sentences of the texts.
  • The heading must be the one that best covers the main topic, so you need to make sure that the heading you have chosen fits the meaning of the whole mini text, and doesn't just simply use some of the same words.
  • Very often you will not find the same words in the texts and titles, so pay attention to synonyms.
  • If necessary, highlight the keywords in the texts.
  • Remember! There is one extra title that you do not use.

A. Nowadays, appearance bothers teenagers a lot. There are different ways they can keep fit and look after their skin and at least stay healthy. Not every activity can lead to desired results but some of them are considered to be effective. And of course, every step must be taken under parental supervision, as they are still responsible for their kids.

B. The first and the easiest opportunity to be fit is to do some physical training at home. The Internet is full of videos recorded by professional fitness instructors who explain in detail what to do. It is quite available, as in most cases people can do exercises using furniture as sports equipment.

C. If somebody wants to get a higher and more professional result, they should choose gym classes as the main priority. Having pieces of training there means that all activities will be supervised by specialists and there is a little chance to get injured. The only problem is that it is not free to do sport at home but most gyms offer discounts.

D. And what if because of some medical reasons a person is not able to have intensive physical activities but still wants to look nice. As a good alternative, some can give a try to massage. Nowadays, there are plenty of different types that can help you to overcome even some spine problems. Or you can have it just to relax. But do not forget that the master should be respectful and highly professional, as your health depends on this person.

E. As we mentioned spine, what also comes to mind is swimming. As we all know, water is our natural environment, so this activity is always supposed to be a must-have. No one denies the fact that swimming can not only improve your body but also your immune system. So going to the pool can be a nice option if you are not afraid of water.

F. Let's not forget about our skin. Luckily, nowadays, there are a huge amount of different lotions. As we have a lot of impact on our skin because of the natural processes, we can help it a little and water it, for example. If you are against natural changes such as skin ageing, you can at least clean it daily and it can add more confidence to some people.

G. It happens that the adolescence period can also be associated with some hormonal changes and not only girls but boys also can experience serious skin problems. Not all the time moisturizers can save the situation. In this case, it is the best and sometimes the only correct solution to have a check-up at the doctor. They can suggest the treatment.
