Hi!
I'm working in [dentistry|dent|dentist], and I'm a locum nurse. I've been experiencing problems at work since I joined the company I'm working in now. I need advice regarding [of|a|some] situations. It seems that I'm getting fewer working hours, and it reflects on my [wage|working|overtime]. I tried to discuss it with my general manager, and since then I have noticed that the behaviour of my area manager has changed.
It all started when my shift turned out to be scheduled to start late at night, at 10 pm, and I was literally forced to go to the working place that was located on the other side of the town. The next day, I was removed [from|at|of] the shift. It made me suspicious since I've been asked personally by one of the staff members in that workplace if I was happy to work during those shifts, and I confirmed that I was.
There's a couple of other weird incidents, but it will take too long to describe them. My question is: am I really being [discriminate |discrimination|discriminated]? Is it possible that I'm not getting shifts anymore because I have spoken to the general manager? Or is there any other reason? How can I handle this situation, and where can I get some help?
Thank you.
