Difficult to Prove.

A. Healthy behaviour is the beginning of a long and healthy life. However, what action a person needs to take is an ambiguous question. There are traditional pieces of advice such as healthy eating, sleeping well, getting proper exercises, surrounding oneself with supportive friends, family and environment. Adolescents, adults and elderly read a lot of information on the Internet, share their experiences, accept challenges and undergo a strict medical examination twice a year. Unfortunately, with the hectic pace of life these days it's becoming more and more difficult to cope with stress.

B. Obesity and modern eating are hot topics that a lot of people are discussing or arguing about. It is considered that the wealthier people become, the more nutritional problems they face. People who prefer eating out suffer from being overweight or having high blood pressure. Fast food is offered from every corner and contributes to developing eating disorders. Unfortunately, even home-cooked food doesn't protect the human's body. Due to the rapid increase of environmental pollution, fresh ingredients are still not rich in vitamins and good for health.

C. Currently, people who go to the gym as often as they can become obsessed and get enthusiastic about their efforts and outcome. Discipline, balanced diet, pain behind working out and avoiding delicious food are becoming inevitable parts of their lives. They try to involve all people around them in such activities. They give friends and relatives an annoying stream of tips and hints. Some of them dive into realising the art and science of bodybuilding. There is nothing wrong with it in moderation.

D. Several varying views exist regarding the capabilities of the placebo effect. When people give their mind a try it can work according to some patients' experiences. They were given a pill that was believed to make an illness or medical condition go away. Within time they started to feel better. The fact is that the more emotional support people give their bodies the more positive treatment effects they get. The person's symptoms might improve but there is no scientific evidence of how it works or to support the idea.

E. Meditation is one more way to feel better and relieve stress. With the help of five-minute practice, people learn how to improve their focus, understand their body and mind, and pay attention to their breath. When life is full of strict deadlines and multitasking, making mindfulness a habit doesn't sound like a bad idea. Everyday exercise might impact positively to improve working or studying performance. It takes persistent practice to get used to it and to become a new person.

F. People should be sure that they pay enough attention to their sleeping habits. Nowadays most successful people share their life hacks on how many hours a day are necessary to manage to have work completed. However, sleeping habits include a lot of different procedures before and after bed and for everyone they are different. Longer periods of sleep don't mean any positive influence for everybody. Approximately, a person should get at least 7–8 hours of sleep. During the day, people also can afford short naps.

G. The environment is a crucial part of people's lives. The people and things that are around, the buildings to use, the people to live or work with are all parts of the environment. Having people who one can spend time with or comfortably work on a project with, wonderful or calming places where one wants to return are essential in a healthy lifestyle. It's required to surround oneself with people who encourage, inspire, and believe in. That's why miscellaneous counsellors are in demand in big companies or educational institutions.
