But there are some things where you can relax and to practice your brains at the same time\. Chess will help you with it\.  
Chess is a kind of sports\. It’s little bit strange because we got used that sports are football, volleyball, basketball and other active games\. Chess is completely different game but it needs a lot of efforts as well\.  
Chess is a board game for two players\. There is a checkered board with 64 squares and a player has to move the chess figures\. It may seem easy but in reality you need tactics and strategy if you want to win\.
