You must wait in a queue with other visitors at the entrance.

You don’t need to show any ticket at the entrance as naming the code of your purchase will be enough.

You must have a printed version of your ticket.

You must go to the “Birthday Room” when your day in the park is over.

You mustn’t look for your order if you haven’t received an email with your e-ticket.
