For example, if you started every morning by checking your friends' updates in the social networks, that wouldn't be available anymore. You would have to ask them in person how things are. And the question "What's new?" would make sense again. You would listen to their voices more often and see their real emotions instead of selfies on the screen.

Another thing that we've been doing online for years now is checking the weather forecast. Nowadays, we may see the update on the weather every hour and can even monitor it in our current location as we move. If all the apps were gone, you would probably have to deal with a thermometer. Do you have one outside your window? Can you read it?

One more complicated issue in a world without technology would be navigation. Even those who were able to read physical maps would probably struggle to switch from online maps back to an atlas. That would probably make not only travelling but also navigating in your hometown much more challenging.

Many people thought that newspapers and magazines would become a thing of the past as soon as online media stepped in. But they didn't. Neither did the television and radio. If the internet stopped existing, we would definitely switch back to these sources of information. We wouldn't be able to track the events online, and daily updates would be the fastest way to keep track of the current affairs.

Online games would become unavailable, too. We would have to switch to board games or use our imagination and get involved in tabletop role-playing games. On the one hand, they may seem not as exciting as online role-playing games. On the other hand, tabletop games allow us to bring friends together and be more creative as we would have to use our imagination.
