I work in shifts and I'm on the phone all day. I have to answer the calls and then put people through the services they need. I have the script written down, but I have to be very attentive. It's quite a hard and very responsible job!

I'm proud of my brother! He's just finished school and now he's serving in the army. He's only 18 now, but he already knows what career path he's going to take. Now he's having training in defence, search and rescue in waters.

When I was at school, one of my classmates would always hack all the computers in the classroom, so that we don't have our IT lessons. I loved those lessons and I always tried to find the solution and make the computers work. Who knew that 10 years later I would protect the systems of the multinational company from hacking!
