A. This is probably the most important place on our site. My mother, as she retired, spent all her free time there. She has already planted vegetables and herbs, which she always uses for cooking. But most of her favorite places are occupied by flowers. My mother attends many fairs for gardeners and buys rare plants and flowers. Her friends are always delighted with the results of her work. My mother's dream is to become a florist.

B. Recently, my father bought a house that is more than one hundred years old. My dad has a large collection of historical objects. Among them are knight's armor, swords and shields, candelabra and other things from the Middle Ages. Therefore, my father decided that he needed a room in which there is a spirit of that old time. Next year, he plans to organize a fair and jousting matches there. One of the advantages will be a large meadow behind the house. I think the party will be costumed, so that everyone can feel the atmosphere of that time.

C. I decided that I wanted to have a place in the house where I could receive guests. So I asked my dad to build another room that opens directly from my room. There are French windows, a small sofa, a TV and a bookcase. In a word, everything that I love. Every teenager should have a cozy corner in which he can be the master. My friends really liked my idea and now we often spend weekends here.

D. In addition to the main apartment in the city center, we often go to our country house. This is a building in the colonial style of America of the 30s. The same ones that the rich nobles had after the civil war. It was our house that survived after the reconstruction. It's very cool to organize Great Gatsby-style parties here. I'm already waiting for one of these. Near the house there is a stunning fountain and statues.

E. My father breeds horses for racing. These events bring a lot of profit, because participants place bets on different horses, pay for their care, food and coaching. Since childhood, I have been helping my father take care of animals. I can ride a horse. I have a couple of my horses that were foals. I raised them. Now these horses are ridden by my students, many of whom are making great progress in equestrian sports. In addition to spending time with horses, they need to be bathed, combed, fed, and cleaned. But I love the unity with these kind, sensitive animals.

F. After my grandfather passed away, my mother and I returned to his old house. There were a lot of memories from my childhood in it: fishing, picnics with a campfire, a tree house. There is also such a small house in my grandfather's yard, my grandfather always called it a hunting lodge. But this is rather not a house, but just a place where you can store things. My mother and I decided to see what things can be left, what to give and what to just throw away. It turned out that Grandpa would still be a collector! The whole house was littered with small things: bits, fishing rods, skis, sleds, various books and tools. All this barely fits into a small building. It was Grandpa's little universe.

G. The best place where we spend time with the family is the central room. Here we celebrate all the holidays, there is always a Christmas tree, a fireplace, a cozy sofa and a fluffy carpet. From these French windows, it's nice to watch the snow fall. I love to wrap myself in a blanket with a cup of tea and read a book while it's raining outside. There are many rooms in the house, but this one brings our family together every evening.
