Speaker A
When teens have no money, they go to walk in the big malls and look at beautiful things they cannot buy. Window shopping is very popular nowadays. Some people like going window shopping when they have spare time and choose new gadgets or clothes. But my parents tell me that it's just a way to waste my time. So, when I'm free, I take an extra job and earn some pocket money. So, I can buy everything I need.
Speaker B
Teens love hanging out with friends. We gather together to play computer games or to watch TV. When the weather is cool we go swimming or playing basketball. Sometimes we have sleepover parties: we can talk or watch something all night long. I love our pyjama parties. My friends always bring something sweet and I make pizza. We always have a great time.

My grandparents love visiting new places. They have already been to 32 countries. Every time they go somewhere, they bring cool presents for me and my sister. Both of us love travelling too. My sister is 18, so she has been to many countries, but mostly she likes France. I haven't travelled a lot yet, but I would like to do it. My dream destination is China. I love their culture and traditions. I wish I could travel to every corner of this amazing country.

Some of my peers are irresponsible. They can waste their money on things they don't really need. For example, some of my classmates like buying different achievements for games. I like playing computer games, but I don't think that it's a good idea to spend all your pocket money on them. Girls love shopping, they buy clothes and cosmetics. But we are still at school. I'm trying to save up money to buy a new tablet. I will need it at High School to make notes, do homework and prepare for the exams. I think it's a wise investment.

I love French music. My mum is from France and she is a singer, so she has great musical taste. There are a lot of CDs with the greatest musicians in our music library. My favourite one is Edith Piaf. She is amazing. I love her voice and style. I think it takes me to Paris when I'm listening to her songs.

I have never thought about what I want to be before, and now I'm in High School. The time came to choose. My dad is a lawyer and he earns a lot of money but his job is very stressful. Sometimes he works overtime and we don't see him for days. My mum is a psychologist. That's really cool. Before my brother and I were born, they worked together in the City Court. But my mum has been working as a personal consultant from home. I think I will not take after my parents. I would like to be a journalist. It seems interesting to me.
