The city of Guangzhou wins transport prize

A few decades ago, China’s streets weren’t as 3. ____ \(polluted\) as they are now because most people rode bicycles. But in modern China, cars are selling 4. ______\(fast\) than in the USA.
However, one city in China recently received a prize for its transportation system from the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy \(ITDP\).
