We use Present Simple to talk about a fixed timetable.	When we talk about future arrangements, we use Present Continuous.
The plane leaves at 6 pm. Does the plane leave at 6 pm?	I'm arriving at the airport at 4 pm. Is she arriving at the airport at 4 pm?
