Present Simple and Present Continuous to Express Future
Present Simple can be used to talk about events in the future that are certain because they are simple facts, or because there is a clear or fixed schedule or timetable.

e.g. What time does the film start tomorrow?

Present Continuous can be used to talk about the future. We use it to talk about events that were not only planned but also arranged.

e.g. Sorry, I can't go with you. I'm having dinner with my parents. We have already agreed.

1. We [ ] down our shop till the end of the week. And on Saturday and Sunday, the shop [ ] one hour earlier.
2. I [ ] on holiday on Saturday. My flight [ ] at 5 pm.
3. The cinemas [ ] to show the new comedy next week. The first screening [ ] at 8 pm.
