Hoodie or a hooded top has become the symbol of a street [ ]. Police authorities say that those who want to hide their [ ] effectively prefer wearing this type of clothing as it provides harder times for witnesses of a crime to report details to the police. A security camera can catch the suspect wearing a hoodie but it seems almost impossible to identify the [ ] of a wrongdoer.

However, there is another problem with those who don't do anything [ ] but still wear a hooded top.
