I'm going to stay home on holiday. I'm not really into travelling abroad or doing sightseeing. To be honest, I find these activities dull and way too expensive. What I really love doing in summer is swimming. There's a small river with lovely sandy beaches not far from my place. My friends and I are going to go there every day to sunbathe and play beach volleyball. I hope the weather will be sunny and hot, and the summer will be exciting indeed.

As for me, I'm going to travel to Spain this summer. I'm fond of visiting new places, and my greatest hobby is buying unusual souvenirs and tasting local food. Even if the weather is stormy and cool, I'll find what to do because I also enjoy visiting historical museums and art galleries. I don't really understand what people find in beach activities. I think that spending time by the sea is very boring. But maybe I will swim a couple of times with my parents, as they always try to sunbathe and swim as much as possible.

I don't know how I'm going to spend the holidays yet. Maybe I will go to the summer camp. It's a great place with lots of interesting activities and events. There's also a nice pebbly beach there. I can also stay home and prepare for the next school year. There are lots of things I should learn, and there are plenty of interesting books I'd be happy to read in my free time. Finally, there is a chance that I'll go to my grandparents' cottage in the countryside. I love it there, but only when the weather is okay. In fact, I hate cloudy and rainy weather wherever I am.
