1. My name's Jack. I am from America, but I live in Germany now. I like this country very much. It has many places of interest, but my favourite one is Insel Mainau. It is a beautiful Flower Island on Lake Constance. There are many parks and gardens on the island. You can get there by boat or use a pedestrian bridge*.

2. I'm Kate and I'm British, but I live in China now. It's a very big country with many historical places. Many people come to visit these places. My favourite place to visit is China's largest and most important building, the Forbidden City. It is also known as the Imperial Palace. It can take many hours to see everything there.

3. My name's Liz, and my husband's name is Pete. We are from France, but we live in Great Britain now. We live in a big industrial city. When we have time, we try to go to the country. Our favourite place is Chester Zoo in Upton village. It is one of the best places to visit in England for families. We come here every year with our children.
