Hi! I’m Marina. I live in Moscow. I love Moscow street festivals and celebrations. There are wooden stalls where you can buy hot tea and traditional food at Shrovetide. I like street shows with live Russian music and skomorokhs. Shrovetide is a week when people cook Russian pancakes and eat them with butter, honey, jam or caviar. My favourite pancakes are with strawberry jam. It's yummy! On Sunday, people burn a straw dummy of winter and welcome spring.
