The United States Bill Rights comprises the first ten amendments the United States Constitution. All together there are twenty-six amendments the Constituion. The concepts codified these amendments are built upon those found earlier documents, especially the Virginia Declaration Rights, as well as the English Bill Rights and the Magna Carta. Judging these amendments the Congress can declare war the country or to vote it,

when the President declares one's loyalty the country.

Every bill the British Parliament is discussed both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. Members the Houses vote the amendments.
