The pandemic has made adjustments even in food trends. Earlier they were built mainly around new products or familiar ingredients in an unexpected way. This year the gastronomic fashion is made up of concepts.
The first concept is ordering food from restaurants. Many people still avoid close contact and prefer to eat at home. At the same time, the need for restaurant service and high quality dishes has not gone anywhere, that is, the standard pizza or sushi delivery is not very interesting. The way out is obviously ordering from your favourite places.

The fourth concept is proper nutrition. The fashion for proper nutrition has conquered even fast food, which has always been synonymous with the words "carbs" and "harmful". You will no longer surprise anyone with a burger in lettuce leaves or cream soup in a cup to go, and in 2022 this trend will only intensify.
The fifth concept is all about tea. Coffee has been brewed in different ways, they added alternative milk and ice, decorated it with whipped cream and various desserts. Now it's tea time. Impressive tea cards appear in many establishments, and people are more and more interested in brewing methods and the culture of tea. In addition to matcha, bubble tea with tapioca and various tea cocktails have become fashionable.
The sixth concept that we are very excited about is inclusiveness. Now food benefits not only the stomach, but society as well. Some restaurateurs set up waste-free production, figure out where to fit wine bottles, collect champagne corks to use in decor, others launch inclusive cafes. In the future, the trend towards inclusiveness and awareness will only develop. People will look more carefully at the reputation and background of the places they want to support.
