Prince William was born in 1982. His full name is Prince William Arthur Philip Louis. He is the first son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. William has got a brother. His name is Harry.

William went to Mrs Mynor's Nursery School in West London. It is unusual for the Royal family. He is the first from the Royal family who went to Eton College. He was a serious student and very good at sports. William is fond of golf, too.

After graduating from Eton William decided to study Art History at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He asked to be called as "William Wales" or just "Wills".

In the autumn of 2001 William went travelling. He spent ten weeks doing community work in Chile and 15 weeks studying conservation in Africa.

He is not just tall, elegant and good-looking but also a well-mannered, responsible young man.
