The departure lounge was full of Spanish-speaking passengers. Michelle [ ] three weeks camping in the great outdoors in Andalusia, Spain, and now she was ready to go home.

There was an announcement in Spanish and everyone quieted down to listen. As soon as the speaker [ ] what he had wanted to say, everyone started talking excitedly. Michelle felt that it [ ] good news, so she asked the man sitting next to her, "Excuse me, sir, but what was the announcement about?"

"Ah, yes. The man on the speaker. Well, he said that the flight [ ] for at least an hour. Something about severe weather over Europe," answered the man. "Oh, no!" said Michelle, "I [ ] a speech at a seminar tomorrow morning and I have to get home in time to prepare."
