Hi Jane,
Thanks for your letter about your neighbourhood. I'm going to tell you about the place where I live.
I live in the city centre, so my neighbourhood is very big. We also have a park. It's very big so there are two playgrounds in it. There are many public places like banks, restaurants, cafes, sport centres and cinemas.
We also have a lot of different shops. My favourite ones are a toy shop and a pet shop. My sister often goes to a stationery shop to buy everything she needs for studying. My parents often go to a supermarket to buy food. Sometimes my mother goes to the greengrocer's to buy some fruit and vegetables which she can't find in the supermarket. And my father is fond of a sports shop where he can find everything for trainings.
Would you like to visit me next week? I'll show you around my neighbourhood and we'll do some shopping.
Write soon.
