Не забудь: к правильным глаголам в прошедшем времени мы добавляем окончание -ed.

Если глагол оканчивается на согласную и потом на гласную -y, то мы меняем -у на -i + -ed: cry — cried, tidy — tidied.

Согласная удваивается, если глагол заканчивается на согласную и перед ним — ударный гласный: drop — dropped.
