Dear Jane,

Thanks for your letter about your favourite places in your city. It was really interesting to learn more about such a great city as Liverpool.

There are also a lot of places in my town where I like to spend time. You know that I'm fond of sport, so most of the time I spend in our sports centre. It has a new swimming pool. It's very big and not very crowded if you come in the morning. When the weather is warm, I also go to the stadium where I can exercise. If it's cold or raining, I do exercises in the gym. Sometimes I go jogging in the park not far from my house.

When I meet my friends, we can go to the cinema or relax in a fast food restaurant and eat a snack there.

Every weekend I go shopping with my mum to a big department store. You can buy all the things you need there. We usually go food shopping, but we also like to buy clothes and shoes. After shopping, we like to visit galleries or museums where we can see works of art.

I also enjoy going to the zoo. I can see different animals there and feed some of them. They are opening a huge aquarium in the zoo next month. I can't wait to see it! Would you like to come and see it too?
