Living a life is the most obvious purpose a person has in this world, consequently, the basis of all their tasks is to prolong this life as farther as they can. There we include ideas of making the life more comfortable, qualitative, interesting, bright and so on. The basis is still to prolong the life. That is why I think it is principal to write about the future awaiting the humanity and the planet because the future is what we are living our present for.
Planning the future, modifying it, achieving it – these are objectives of people. The future of our planet depends directly on us, those who are living, our ancestors and those who come after us. Since we have double motivation to improve our life for the sake of the future (which is about the stimulus to prolong and improve our existence and provide the descendants with a better "tomorrow"), we can infer that the future is going to be successfully modelled the way we want. The reasons for that are also the level of technological progress and science, the database of our knowledge and the abilities of our brain, which is indeed an amazing instrument of achieving a purpose.
