Dear Al,
How's your summer going? I'm having a great timehere in Bali, Indonesia. We are staying in an amazingbeach hut. The weather is wonderful – it's hot and sunnyevery day!
We spent our first two days sunbathing andsnorkelling and I even tried surfing for the first time! Thewaves were huge, so it was a bit scary, but a lot of fun.Later today, we are eating at a restaurant in the mountainsand there'll be a traditional dance performance there, too.I think it'll be fantastic!
Tomorrow, we're going on a mountain bike tourthrough the Balinese countryside. We're going to ridepast rice fields and visit some traditional villages. I can'twait!
Well, I'm off now. We'regoing for a drink with somenew friends! See you next week.
